Terms of Service

What applies when you use this website, submit an application, or work with Workhorse — and what is controlled by the signed service agreement instead.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms govern the website itself. They do not replace a signed Workhorse service agreement, which controls the actual services a customer receives.

2. Website use and eligibility

This website is intended for business owners and business representatives. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and be authorized to act for the business you describe.

You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a form. Applications reviewed on the basis of inaccurate information may be declined or, if service has begun, ended under the terms of the service agreement.

3. Contact and application submissions

Submitting a contact form, application, or inquiry does not create a customer relationship, an account, a reservation of capacity, or any obligation on our part to provide services.

  • Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Every application is reviewed for service fit, eligibility, and current capacity.
  • Veteran mission pricing is subject to eligibility, verification, available capacity, continuous active service, and the applicable signed agreement.
  • Civilian Mission Partner availability depends on capacity. Veteran-owned businesses are served first.
  • We may decline any application, and we are not required to explain why.

4. Service descriptions and pricing

The descriptions of Workhorse Visibility and the Workhorse Proof Engine on this website are summaries written for a public audience. They are not the contract.

  • The specific scope of work, deliverables, billing, ownership, cancellation, transfer rights, and each party's responsibilities are controlled by the signed Workhorse service agreement.
  • If a public page and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.
  • Pricing displayed on this site may change for future customers. A change does not automatically alter the pricing in an existing agreement.
  • Some Proof Engine capabilities are being rolled out. Feature availability may vary by account and during early access.

We do not create billing terms, contract length, refund terms, cancellation terms, or service-level commitments through this website. Those exist only in the signed agreement.

5. No guarantee of rankings or results

Workhorse does not guarantee search rankings, Google map placement, placement in AI-search answers, call volume, leads, revenue, or business growth. No provider can honestly guarantee those outcomes, because they depend on third-party platforms, competition, and factors outside anyone's control.

What we commit to is consistent execution of the work included in your package and clear reporting on what was done.

Case studies and figures shown on this site describe past results for specific businesses, transcribed from platform reporting. They are not a prediction of what any other business will experience.

6. Website ownership and transfer

Workhorse service agreements may provide website-transfer or ownership rights after a defined period of active service. The exact transfer rights, timing, technical process, fees, exclusions, and continuing-service consequences are governed by the customer's signed agreement.

Marketing pages on this site explain the intended model in general terms. Nothing on those pages creates a transfer right on its own. Read the signed agreement for what actually applies to your account.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, copy, and branding on this website belong to Workhorse Websites unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Case-study screenshots and figures are reproduced from platform reporting for the businesses shown and are published with permission. Customer names and identifying details are withheld where publication has not been approved.

Google, Google Business Profile, and other third-party names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement, certification, or partnership beyond ordinary use of those platforms on behalf of customers.

8. Prohibited use

  • Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized information through any form.
  • Submitting automated, bulk, or spam form submissions.
  • Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Scraping, copying, or republishing site content without permission.
  • Interfering with the operation or security of the site.
  • Using the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Third-party services

Delivering these services depends on platforms we do not own or control, including Google Business Profile, directory and citation platforms, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and AI-assisted content tools.

Those platforms set their own rules, change them without notice, and may suspend, restrict, or remove listings and content. Workhorse is not responsible for a third-party platform's decisions, downtime, policy changes, or data handling. Where a service requires access to your accounts, you are responsible for granting and maintaining that access.

10. Proof Engine submissions

If you use the Workhorse Proof Engine, you and the technicians or employees you authorize are responsible for the content you submit.

  • You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and publish job photographs and project information, including any permission required from the property owner or occupant.
  • You are responsible for not submitting content that exposes a customer's private information, documents, account details, or anything you are not permitted to publish.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving what gets published, including to Google Business Profile and social platforms where you have authorized publishing.
  • AI-assisted summaries are generated from what you submit and should be reviewed before approval.

We may decline to publish or may remove content that appears to violate these terms, a platform's rules, or someone's privacy.

12. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Workhorse does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

13. Limitation of liability

This section is a placeholder pending review by qualified legal counsel. It has not been finalized and is not drafted as an enforceable limitation.

The intent is that Workhorse's liability arising from use of this website will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, and that Workhorse will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. Liability relating to purchased services is addressed in the signed service agreement.

14. Indemnification

This section is a placeholder pending review by qualified legal counsel and is not finalized.

The intent is that a customer who submits content through the Proof Engine or provides content for publication will be responsible for claims arising from content they did not have the right to submit or publish. Final wording will be supplied after legal review.

15. Governing law and disputes

The governing state and the venue for resolving disputes have not been determined and will be set after legal review. This page will state them once confirmed. We are not naming a state or jurisdiction we have not actually selected.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the services develop and after legal review. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent substantive update. Continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
